Account Customers

Exising customers may place orders for payment on account provided you have ordered from us within the last twelve months. Otherwise, we require pre-payment as indicated in the section on non-account ordering. Subsequently, orders may be invoiced for payment as long as your account remains current and in good standing.

Account customers can order by post, fax, email, or telephone. Please ensure that we have your correct contact details including contact telephone numbers for the purchasing, delivery, and invoice addresses. Terms are 30 days.

Carriage is charged at cost and varies depending on the weight of items ordered. This will not exceed £10.00 for UK mainland addresses. Although we aim to ship all orders promptly, processing times may vary and you should allow up to 14 days for delivery.
