Near Vision Test Card
Use this card to test near vision at 33cm. The reduced pictures are in sizes equivalent to 6/60 - 6/6. It contains 22 different pictures with a choice of four columns, giving a variety of pictures to test children with even a very limited vocabulary.
The near test card accompanies the three and six metre book sets and is also available separately. It is wipe-clean and matt-laminated. Size 21 x 14 cm (8 x 6 ins).

Screening Near Test Card
The screening near test card accompanies the Screening Book Set and contains three columns of eight pictures in reduced sizes that are equivalent to 6/60 - 6/6 at a 33cm testing distance.The card is wipe-clean and matt-laminated. Size 21 x 14 cm (8 x 6 ins).

Crowded Near Test Card
This test card accompanies the screening chart and both LogMAR book sets. It contains the eight pictures in reduced sizes that are equivalent to 0.80 to 0.00 LogMAR (6/38 to 6/6 or 20/160 to 20/20 Snellen) at a 33cm testing distance.
The card is double sided and shows a different arrangement of pictures in both crowded and single format. Also wipe-clean and matt-laminated. Size 21 x 14 cm (8 x 6 ins).
